Lyle is wonderful and his grilled cheese is incredible. Whenever I have some time to spare before or after my shifts at the mall, going to the truck is a pleasure! Service is of course out of this world, Lyle is one of the kindest and most interesting people you'll ever meet! He really cares about the food and the quality.

We have seen this food truck for years but never got the chance to go until today! We tried the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich and the Fire Half Half! The food tasted great, literally the best grilled cheeses around! The staff member and owner were also both very nice, engaging in conversation with each customer. If you haven't tried their food, we definitely recommend! We will be returning soon :
