Feedback gevenWe were regularly with Mike and Joes since they were opened at their old location. My family orders minimum from here once a week. Always love their food (and they always have a great attitude, especially the woman behind the counter). Tonight I placed a take-out order and when my fiancée came home, it was the wrong order, not a big deal at all. I called and a girl answered and she remembered my order. I explained it was the wrong and it was untouched. She didn't even apologize, asked if I wanted the replacement order. I asked if I could bring it back and get my original order. I go back and they take what ended to be someone else's order (again, no excuse that I had to come back here to get the right order, just a few kids on their phones behind the counter). I took my new order and left. It is really easy to lose recurring customers by a lack of excuse to lose any sincerity. It's like I made them uncomfortable by them that gave me the wrong order and has to go back there and have replaced them. With so many pizzerias in the city my family will find somewhere different to order not only from but to tell others from. Also worth mentioning, they gave me another order, why on earth would they take it back after it came back to my house?
