It is impossible to know where to start, the welcome leaves to be desired (5 good minutes of waiting before installing us) while the restaurant was barely full). A waitress who doesn’t understand when you’re talking about a dish at the time of the order, once our choice makes this one come back to tell us that there’s no more Burger.... why didn’t she mention it before? All right, so we see our choice and so we head to the chicken skewers and belot there is no chicken skewer either... We end up taking a beef picanha and a beef skewer the cooking was not at all respected, the Cru picanha and the skewers too cooked. .the comble for a restaurant that says steak house isn’t it? The airy waitress tells us that it offers us the desserts, but 2 minutes later the manager tells us that there will be no offer. To summarize scandalous service and amateur cuisine being myself chef and in the restoration for several years I have never seen this all of my career at all for a summing up the €70 for 2. Two aperitives and two dishes!
I went to eat Meat Steakhouse with my beautiful family. Service is bad and super slow. We sat at 8:15 and went out of the restaurant at almost 11:00. I'd like to take it easy. When I arrived I noticed that the dining room had not been thoroughly cleaned in view of the crumbs that were visibly everywhere (on the table, on the seats, on the towel, etc.). Despite this, we have made our orders. I note that servers do not use a specialized mobile application to take commands but simply the ‘Notes’ application on their phone. About 40 minutes follow and we still haven't received the drinks. After finally getting our drinks (they informed us after 50 minutes that some drinks were not available pineapple juice and virgin colada , we had to wait again to get the two entries ordered. After a long wait, the entries arrived. There were no wings and instead of asking us what entry we wanted to replace it, they replaced the entrance themselves without informing us or consulting us. After a long wait, we see the dishes coming. Some were cold, some with bad accompaniment. The ribs were good but were not waiting. Fortunately, the addition had no mistakes to mention.
Extremely expensive, not nice, not good. We live not very far, we enjoyed walking on Marne's edges to get there. I must say that I feared the worst when I approached the place by discovering its trash at less than 50 m from its terrace. An unsustainable stench, rats running everywhere. Big black bags were out of the tray and odours of food in putrefaction, my friend still wanted to try... he was not disappointed with the trip. A piece of meat at 150 euros, a glass of warm wine half filled. We were celebrating a birthday, it was the feast for his credit card. The terrace is at the bottom of the bridge of Charenton, we are embarrassed by the noises of the cars that pass without stopping, the firefighters, the police etc that go to A4, and the exhaust gas, the service is slow and unfriendly, the boss, at least he said it was him, did not appreciate the remark on the wine. He seems to drink at room temperature except that he was still 34 degrees at 8:30, no way to get a ice, we're still waiting. We gave up dessert. Alfort Houses offers real good tables. Do not waste your time or your money or your nerves
A very bad experience! We took 20 minutes to serve our drinks, i.e. 2 glasses of white wine at just 14€ filled! From the order we are told 2 price changes, higher than those on the map that according to the waitress had not been changed in time during the day. So in summary 150€ the tomahawk instead of 120€ indicated, 250€ the wagyu instead of 90€ indicated on the map. We pass the lies prices and order. We wait for 1 hour our dish and during this time we observe the many trips/returns of dishes of the few tables that surround us.. Cooking is not going, guests eat in decay, it is a parade of disasters.! After 1h, our tomahawk dish arrives, 1.2kg on the map and believe me on the board it was 600g of which 200g of fat. A real shame! It is necessary to cook at a point, meat comes cooked like a shoe sole with no exceptional taste, no maturation! We demand our plates and sauces that have no taste! We have the slab, it is our outing of the month with my companion, so we eat, without great pleasure. The water carafe never arrived. I am ashamed for them. We booked with the fork -30% off drinks. We grated, fortunately they made a move to extend the reduction to drinks. In short, run! You're gonna waste your time and money. This restaurant doesn't deserve to stay open.
