Subway - Maitland

I sat out all day because I didn't have much and it was a pretty hot day, and Lucy went out and gave me a bottle of water just to be beautiful and I don't know how I can thank her and only this place was amazing! Thanks for the friendly gesture.

Great customer service. Wil goes beyond and beyond for her customers. Lost a receipt for a small purchase, I didn't think I would ever see it or get an answer from the main office. General Manager Mick chased this for me and gave it to my door. 10/10

Every subway I come here is better than the previous, because not only the staff is brilliant what they do, they are always made for a chat. Keep the amazing work, guys!

I go here almost every day for lunch and I love the girls who work here, half of them have my order unforgettable great customer service! I can't remember a time I left this facility without a smile on my face.

There is a girl that works at Maitland store, i noticed today her name is Lucy. She is exceptional and definitely deserves recognition and a raise. She seems to be solely running the entire place, on top of training a new employee. She is very outgoing, respectful, patient and friendly to customers (observed while in line). Very confident and knowledgeable about the products. I'd feel very lucky if she was an employee of mine. She's definitely going places!
