I do not recommend! We were looking forward to eating well during the Blueberry Feast. After a day 's hike, we were really looking forward to a good meal. Upon arrival, the waitress asked us what we would like for dinner, although she did not offer us a menu and there was none on the table. That was the first bad sign. As soon as we informed her that we would like to order food, she started taking notes. My friend wanted to have a good time, the lady was probably in other spheres and didn 't notice us at all. She immediately repeated what we ordered, but the soup was not there. So we informed her that we wanted soup. To this she replied that she had not heard from us about any soup. Then we waited 50 minutes for our dream dumplings. Which we didn 't get to see, even though everyone around us was getting dumplings. The lady didn 't notice us at all, as if we didn 't exist. After repeated warnings, we literally forced her to inform us about the status of our order. They say they are already on their way. That it 's on a table somewhere. Immediately the owner came to say that the order was not in the system. The waitress didn 't even acknowledge the mistake (she still looked affected that everyone was satisfied and it was the first time she heard such behavior and complaints from us). The owner had an inappropriate remark that we should feel free to write a negative review if it will do us any good. Given that self-reflection improves the approach to our work, this is startling to say the least. Considering the reviews, which generally point to the same problem with the staff and inefficient organization of the staff, it would be worth considering to completely reevaluate the personnel of the facility, and I would recommend a pro-client approach to the owner. E.g. “we 'll give you 1 free portion as an apology.” At least a little effort. Otherwise, you will lose a completely unnecessary clientele. Just a little...
Disaster, never again. We waited over an hour for the food, we had better cancel the soup, because we probably wouldn't even wait. Confused waitresses, they brought foreign food several times. As a result, they still wanted to cheat us. Better avoid the arc.
After a long time, we were looking forward to Rychta, where they cook well!!! After Saturday's visit, we will skip Rychta and prefer to go somewhere else for food. I was unpleasantly surprised by the price of the meal...Fried cheese CZK 199 fries CZK 45. Prices have gone up significantly in recent months.
