Jack In The Box - Maltkiln Lane

The place is perfectly fine. The staff seemed like they were having a good time and we're doing a good job of keeping it clean. The food was pretty ok.

Okay I come from California and Jack in the Box is fairly big there. Once I moved here, I was skeptical because I was like hmm will they be the same quality. But I’ve been here twice and both times have been awesome and fresh!! The second time I went, my mans hooked me up with THREE cherries and he absolutely did not have to. And you know why? I was extra nice because we should all be kind to service workers. hint hint :)Friendly tip: if you want little interaction and room for zero “poor customer service”, consider ordering through the app. It’s faster, it’s easier on everyone, and sometimes even cheaper with codes/discounts they offer!Still love the customer service here though. Again, all you gotta do is be nice, I promise it works!!Mm a hashbrown sounds really good right now.

Edit: after 3 years we finally tried again. Still horrible! I ordered 2 supreme croissants and received 1 ham and 1 sausage. When I asked them for the items that I ordered they were very rude. The girl went in the back and made 1 supreme and handed it to me. I told her that I order 2 and that I wanted 2. She rolled her eyes and went and made the second one. Both sandwiches were cold and slapped together because she was mad she actually had to do her job.YOU WILL GET SICK!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! we live in the area and it is the grossest food around. Save yourself the tummy ache!!!

First time I've been to this location is 3 years because it made us sick in the past. I ordered 2 supreme croissant breakfast sandwiches. I received 1 ham and 1 sausage. I brought my food back and asked for what I had actually ordered. the girl handed me 1 of the sandwiches that I had ordered. I asked for the second one and she rolled her eyes at me walked to the back and made the second one. Both were served to me cold because she was mad she had to actually do her job.

I don't know why I even tried. I wanted tacos but my. dog had surgery today so I wanted to treat him to tiny pancakes to hide his pills. I ordered 2 tacos, a Jr Bacon cheeseburger and mini pancakes. I got the mini pancakes and burger but no tacos which was all I wanted. I have a hoard of taco sauce for them but no tacos. How is this place even open. Don't waste your time or money. Honestly, this place needs to close and let an owner that cares move in. Give us a Wendy's or something. When the payment posts I'll be disputing it since you didn't fulfill my order
