Feedback gevenI didn’t check reviews before placing an order here and clearly I should have. I placed an online order, said it would be ready at 4:42. Go in at that time, the very rude, dismissive male at the counter said “nope. No order. Why wouldn’t you just come in and order it if you were coming in anyways?”Checked my email again, and it says the order was canceled at 4:43. If the customer service wasn’t bad enough to never want to try to come here again, then it’s definitely their online ordering system.
Convenient for random small things but I would stay away from the sandwiches
Big fat 1 star and I would give it zero if I had the option. The girl behind the counter was clueless and said she couldn't make a standard turkey sandwich. I'm sorry, but isn't this a deli?! We were told that we could order only from the menu. However, there was among the signature sandwiches, the option on the menu to select a custom made/choose your meat sandwich. Order the tuna melt instead, got home and it was horrible.... And not melted or grilled! Maybe microwaved? I got the rancher which was supposed to be hot roast beef and melted cheddar... Got home, zero cheddar and it was completely soaked in horseradish. Neither of our sandwiches, and we are not that picky... Were edible. Aside from the terrible quality, the customer service was just ridiculous. You couldn't even understand the girl behind the counter, and after waiting to make the sandwiches she just handed the bag and said here you go. We were there only ones in the entire store, thus, she certainly wasn't busy.
The sandwiches and food selection is great, the service is hit or miss, depending on who is working. It ranges from unfriendly demeanor to polite. They have a huge selection of delicious stuff and It's hard to decide, so I have to hover around, sometimes.
