Star Fast Food - Malton

I went to the restaurant and ordered chips, but ended up waiting for 15 minutes while others who came after me got their orders first. The girl who served me was eating a burger and chips herself when she came over to ask what I had ordered. Frustrated, I told her to forget it and kept my money. While waiting, I witnessed another customer calling the store to complain about a missing pizza from her delivery order. It was a disappointing experience overall.

I used to love this pizza shop but it has declined in quality. The doner I recently had was disappointing - it was cold and curled, clearly reheated. The current management needs to make changes or they will continue to lose customers. I suggest bringing back the previous management to improve the experience for customers.

Agree with other reviews- used to have the best kebab in town but it is now cold and dried up- even when ordering in the shop for fresh collection. Pizzas just about average. Sad cos there’s almost nowhere left that’s decent

Used to be very good , but the pizzas are more flat than puffed, the doner meat was curled, the only good thing was the chips. Trying pizza master, hope they are better

Awful waiting 1hr 50mins ok so Christmas eve... horrid cold order of pizza chips! no Pepsi as ordered still gave delivery lad tip not his fault but awful!!!!
