Sabor A Barrio Restaurant - Manassas

This place could be perfect if they change a few things. First change the atmosphere clean it more and get this place inspected so they know what to fix. The service wasn't terrible but i which they can care a little more about their guest. It's not all about just taking their orders and bringing food is more then that. They need to be friendly and actually interact and check up on their guest. But this is all the fault of the lack of leadership and management of this place, there is as arguing in front of their guest and had no respect, they need to be more respectful to their workers and do better to fix up this place so it can stay on. I like Peruvian food but this won't be a place to make it a regular visit, they need serious help so this place can be a regular spot to come.

Fucking long time for takeout orders, they literally start the order when you arrive, even if the order it's been sit in the system for over 30 minutes, same goes for deliveries, no care at all.

I got their lomo saltado! It was SO delicious the best I have had in the DMV. My friend got their leche de Tigre and it was also tasty. I will say serve is slow only one waitress for the entire restaurant. I will definitely be returning for the lomo

The food was good, the portions are more than enough...the ceviche was PERFECT..the place looks just lil old, needs new furniture, everything is a lil greasy AND hard to find but it stays busy. It looks like a great place to hang out on a friday or sat. night for fun but Im married now.....

Food i wish i could say it was alright, but it wasnt it had no flavor even got served raw chicken. The service wasn't so great the lady acted like she didnt want to be there very rude to us sucks because today was supposed to be to celebrate for my dad but just very disappointed overall.
