This location is by far the worst customer service and they overcharged me and gave me a kids cup when I should have gotten a medium cup.
THIS WENDY’S SUCKS!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL THEY MISSED A PART OF MY ORDER AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE I SAW A ROACH IN THE BUILDING AND MY FOOD LOOKED DISGUSTING I HOPE THIS WENDY’S GETS SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD BECAUSE THEY SUCK!!!!
Food was good. The person taking orders for the drive-thru seemed a little overwhelmed and missed part of our order. The bulk of the order was correct and served efficiently. Did a quick check of food and were missing 2 sandwiches. Those were also prepared quickly once we notified them. Food was good service was quick overall. If the one worker had just slowed down a bit, and/or confirmed the order things would have been better, although know a lot of that was because it was super busy and they have to try and meet time guidelines or whatever it's called.
I have attempted to get a frosty here in the evening three times on three separate occasions. Each time, the frosty was either melted or the wrong flavor. Today, I tried to order the new orange creamsicle flavor and it was completely melted.
