Sheetz - Manchester

Can’t complain for a gas station the foods pretty good. They could use some speed when they’re cooking because they do take a long time sometimes but it’s not every time sometimes I’m in and out sometimes I’ll be there 20 mins

I place an order online this morning for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Both clearly show that I ordered them WITH EGG. Neither sandwich had ANY egg on it. Had I taken the time to open each wrapping to examine them for the contents I requested I would have noticed that they weren't correct. Unfortunately I had to get to work and made the mistake of assuming that the staff would actually make sure they were correct. I've had previous issues with this store in the past but things had gotten better and I rarely complain however I will be making a point of looking at all future orders...IF there are any placed which probably won't happen anytime soon. This store is an oasis of convenience. Very nice. Excellent food. Nice place to stop off.The store is 5 stars. Javier... Rates an absolute ZERO. He has absolutely no respect for many of your customers. As though his name is Javier Sheetz. He talks to people like they are.nothjng..

Weekday cashier dude is ALWAYS ALWAYS RUDE!!! Like seriously we're wasting his time and doesn't want to be there and or deal with customers

If zero stars were an option, they'd get it. My wife and I decide to grab some grub on a whim, hers was piping hot and mine ice cold. Fountain soda area was overflowing with water and ice. Dried, sticky soda all over the floor, used lids and straws sprawled about. The fountains had just water coming from them. This store used to be my go to when coming home. And it's almost safe to say I have another reason to not even come back to this state. It's atrocious that managers or the crew behind the counter wander around aimlessly and overlook the state of the store.
