Although ubiquitous east of the subcontinent, it is amazing that more many have survived so long without. While randall aubin, the oyster-catcher and other good specialty restaurants on a premium offer a proper fair, they are immersed by the atem of the offer of this restaurant (no presidential donation intended). the decor is strictly utilitarian and in this time the segregation of individual rooms means that they can relax in a safe environment as they can on frutas de mer in the same way as the walrus and room man. the seafood soup with wintermelon was raised. the brown crab in ingwer and garlic was juicy and my mind, far superior to the fine aromen of lobster with glas noodles. the light leim skin had to be the scallops with black bean, as the underlying scallops were overwhelmed by the aroma. live seafood, as the name already says, is really the only one to go away. ignore the lack of lukewarm environments. do not accept substitutes.
BEST PLACE for seafood in Manchester. Love the karaoke room too! Very reasonably priced and staff are so friendly!
Amazingly fresh seafood at reasonable prices, really tasty and great service. Useful Chinese supermarket on the ground floor. Next time we may try to book one of the karaoke rooms!
If you want the best fresh lobster, crab, prawns or various fish...sea bass, turbot etc then this is the place to get it from in Manchester...and even better if you go upstairs there is a little restaurant where they will cook authentic chinese dishes using the seafood from downstairs. A brilliant little place!
We really enjoyed our meal here and would definitely recommend the fresh seafood. The prices seemed fair in light of the quality of the food. We're looking forward to coming back to try more items from the menu.
