Pardo's - Mandeville

The food at this restaurant was incredible, and the service was top-notch. It’s hands down the best dining experience on the Northshore, possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. The Shrimp and Tasso soup was exceptional, and the Crab Croquettes were bursting with flavor and had a wonderful texture. The Filet was the most tender and delicious steak I’ve ever tasted. Just when I thought I couldn’t eat another bite, the waitress mentioned a Bruleed Sugar Ice Cream, and I couldn’t resist. It turned out to be a delightful ending to my meal. Pardos rivals, if not surpasses, any of the outstanding restaurants I’ve visited in New Orleans.

The service and food were outstanding! I highly recommend the puppy drum topped with crabmeat, served on a bed of sautéed greens with a beurre blanc sauce.

This restaurant is incredible! The food and service are beyond description. We’ve decided it will be our go-to spot for special occasions from now on.

Tonight, I dined at Pardos: An American Bistro. We initially intended to eat there, but noticed a wood fire that I assumed was meant for their pizza. As we were about to leave—due to my post-transplant health concerns and the smoke—the manager, Marcus, informed us that they own the building next door and would be happy to serve us Pardos’ food there. From that moment on, our servers, Tyler and Paige, along with Marcus, took exceptional care of us. I have never experienced such outstanding service, especially considering my health circumstances. Pardos truly went above and beyond for both me and my guest.

EXCELLENT!! The manager, Jonathon, made us feel truly special by personally introducing himself. The entire staff provided first-class service, and the food was delicious.
