Great bar for good views of the lake, I recommend the quesadilla! It was delicious and tortilla had great crispy texture

I recently visited the Barley Oak. The wide variety of craft beers they offer is truly impressive. I had the pleasure of trying their Purple Haze IPA on draft, and it was nothing short of amazing. But what truly sets the Barley Oak is its location. Situated right by the Mandeville lakefront, it offers breathtaking views of Lake Pontchartrain. Nice place to grab a sandwich and a pint. Had ruben, quesadilla, and a couple of beers. Can recommended all three! Upper balcony bar could use a wipe, (sticky, with an extra helping of dog hair... , so cost them a star. Otherwise very pleasant experience.
