Applebee's Grill - Manhattan

Thhis place has went to xxxx.. serves is SLOW. food, (ribs).. tuff as nails, next to none on barbacue sauce. Friends foodwas just as bad. Thhe all you can eat meals are nasty.. wont go back.

I went in to get and order and was rudely told I will have to wait she has things to do!!! I've never been talked to so rudely by any restaurant staff member and my order wasn't even done when I got there!!!

Would have given 5 stars throughout but not enough staff to manage the place. Great food though and servers pleasant whilst struggling to cope

Excellent food and service music??? Too loud and distracting

When the hostess greeted us, she asked if we wanted to sit at the bar and be offered FREE chips and salsa. It was without a doubt an offer we COULD NOT refuse. The service here was terrific, compared to other Applebee’s locations (specifically Hays, KS). The food here was also VERY good including the FREE chips and salsa. Our server (who was also the hostess and bartender) was VERY courteous and attentive. Despite it being game day in Manhattan, it was NOT AT ALL busy. I will definitely come bac … – show
