Taco Bell - Manhattan

This is the worst Taco Bell in Manhattan. They are ALWAYS out of items on their menu.

Slow! Always takes too ling to get through the drive through. And to add to the previous review with the long slow line, we order by mobile, and when you pull up from the window with half the food you ordered, call them, they won’t make it and bring it out to the car and say too bad (it was their bad), you have to drive thru for another 10 minute wait....you just have to give up and take the money loss and go home. Probably the worst run taco bell I've been too. Wait times are always super long and the staff isn't even nice. But hey, it's taco bell and it's cheap.

Food was fine for the most part, the service was really bad tho. It was one guy who took our order and the more we ordered the more upset he seemed to get at us.

The only complaint I have is that when an elderly person goes through the drive thru and doesn't realize that they are supposed to stop at the speaker box, be gentle and patient with them. Do NOT give them grief. They've lived through things you probably can't imagine and they are forgetful at times. Take their order at the window if this happens. They deserve our respect and consideration.
