Feedback gevenI'm looking for American standards and tastes. the restaurant has an incredible view from the outside seats on the terrace. The interior is raised and modern, very pleasant. beautiful romantic atmosphere. we ordered chicharones for a starter. in the fried fried pieces of bacon... accompanied with potato wedges, they were good, not overcooked with good taste. my friend ordered the barbeque chicken. it was tender and damp. the barbeque sauce was good, not excessively brownish. it came with potatoes that were freshly made. I ordered the tomahawk ribeye. it came with fried diceed kartoffels that were freshly made, like the house salad. I enjoyed finally getting an salate with salate in it atypical for Colombia. the steak was cordy and hard to cut. I couldn't get much when the meat from the bone, without it being cocked it wasn't aged as if we were used to, in the usa I asked for medium rare and got medium. the service was promoted and professional. I ordered carrot cake for dessert. it bland as typical of desserts outside the usa while was served hot, there was enough sugar to taste of any American flavor.
That is probably our worst experience in a restaurant living in my life. after minutes waiting time we found out that no one has sent the order. they didn't even apologize. we're gone, of course! la peor experiencia en un restaurante. después de minutos de espera nos...informan que olvidaron ingresar la orden. nadie se disculpó y nosotros nos fuimos, por su puesto.
Excellent service and experience. The staff was very professional and also friendly. They made us all feel great during a very special moment, my mother’s important birthday. The place was wonderful in a great city, Manizles del Alma.
We were a group of Manizales is a beautiful town with great people. This place is the worst representation of manizales and it’s people. You cannot get worse service anywhere. Late and waiters with attitude. Food is flat out bad; and is pricey for...manizales.
Beware of the terms of the meats (in manizales it has not been possible with the subject, I don't know what these kitchen technicians are teaching in the seine.) I ate a 30,000-weight sandbox and got sick. The service is good, although the staff is more prepared when describing dishes and communication with customers. It's really expensive to have other options in the city.
