I came in this café for three months in Manizales and several times I ordered the same ginger tea after I was made with my tea, I usually asked for hot water and without any problems the waitress said yes. Today, as usual I ordered the same tea, but this time after the owner's instructions they could not give me hot water. I asked the owner personally why they could not offer hot water anymore and she was completely rude for me and she gave me a terrible explanation why she gave the customers no more hot water. She pointed out that the price for two cups is no longer and that she previously had a complaint from another customer about the taste of the tea change after adding hot water. I just think that this was a little reason to refuse to refill hot water for tea when its famous MOST tea lovers who can have a number of tea can have several infusions. I think the owner of this cafe has to take some classes to talk to customers and general customer service. Instead of giving a better solution, she decided to lose a customer. Don't come back!

A great choice for a beautiful cup of coffee in el Cable area. I recommend the latte and coffee florida if you want something stronger. There are not many tables so early!

Germans (who know a thing or two about chocolate cake!! recommended this place to me. Chocolate cake is wonderful. Coffee is great. Decor is quirky and very unique, kind of Euro chic meets tree hugger. Free wifi, welcome to stay for a long time. Nice outdoor seating. This place is very small, not many seats, either outside or in. VERY nice.

You want one of the Fressians... Delicious, not too sweet, just perfect! Simple coffee also delicious. Although I didn't eat, the menu looked good.
