Taco Bell - Mannington Township

BEWARE!!...I've had multiple problems at this Taco Bell! The latest incident(12/29/23), I accidently placed an order thru the mobile app, I immediately tried to cancel it, as it was the wrong address. .I tried calling them repeatedly to be sure that the order was canceled. I was hung up on again again(5x). I never picked up anything, but my card was charged anyway! On 2 other occasions, I placed an order thru the app(for over $50 each time) but it was being picked up hours later, they aren't supposed to make the food until you give them your name at the drive thru, but when I picked up the food at the scheduled time everything was ICE cold soggy. It had definitely been sitting around for hours. I have tried making complaints thru the app always ask that I be contacted regarding the matter, but NEVER hear anything back from them. Taco Bell likes to say that they'll make it right, but at least this particular one NEVER does! AVOID THIS LOCATION!

I mean it's taco bell, what more could you want? The food here is pretty good, the customer service is great, and overall it was pretty clean. Can't complain too
