McDonald's - Maple Ridge

I've been here for five times in the week. they have a few older (can retire) ladies working and if they are there service is great. I'm waiting for a bit in that, but the past, while you're almost no antidote, and they're just talking. one day, two types stand a text. one looked over and then went back the other texting for another minuite then around to serve me. Today I was alone at the counter for 5 minutes and no one came over I never went back. I suggest the owner sends people to sit and watch. every time I'm there, people complain about the bad service. I notice that the journey through is also there, but a walk took the time to come and buy

Mcdon worsts I've ever been. it didn't take forever to get my order, they misunderstood it. I gave it back, showed them the acknowledgement and said it was entered correctly, but compared to how I ordered. they took it back and did it again, still wrong, but otherwise wrong. after 3 they finally made the burger (no ketchup, no wobble) right, but then they have the filet of the fish that I insisted that they remake because at this point it was cold. I ordered it with extra cheese, they served it without cheese. the server, don't let me start on their more belly attitude (I know I expect my eating as ordered), literally took it from me, opened the box, lifted the upper bungalow with their unwashed hands, went into the kitchen and hit a piece of cheese on it. I threw everything in the garbage when she watched. the next day I called the manager who said she was sad and took my name and phone number and said she would replace my order at my next visit. at my next visit this manager was not there and the assistent manager would not appreciate the replacement because the manager allegedly neglected to put my information in a book.

Incredibly slow service and no here is competent enough to get your order right. You wait 30 minutes by car thru only for them to bulk your order

Remarkable for the award of the contract. Always have to call back to repair my order. Never enter an input in the drive thru. Many young workers who have no good attention skills. Absolutely annoying every time I try to get food. Always be sure to ask for a receipt and always check your bag as they are, as I said, Notorious for order assignment.

Didn’t think it was possible to be this disappointed by a fast food joint. Ordered a few bags of meals for a group and since it is a few bags I didn’t realize till after we took the bags and left that they straight forgot...most of our order despite us asking if that’s all of it. Also the men’s bathroom, no TP, no lock on stalls, get your stuff fixed.
