The on going theme seems to be that this franchise owner consistently puts less then the minimum amount of cheese required to be considered a pizza, based on the same repeated complaints In these reviews over a long period of time , it’s safe to say that this franchise owner trains there staff to intentionally rob there customers and ignore set standards put in place by the Pizza Hut corporationThe Pizza Hut corporate office has clearly been negligent in enforcing set standards put forth by the Pizza Hut and or, colluding with the franchise owner in order to save money
Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. For preference, this review isn’t just about this Pizza Hut location but also directed to Pizza Hut Canada.I ordered a sizeable order from the hut via the mobile app. My order arrived as expected but 1 of the 3 pizzas was made incorrectly a shame to as it was for a vegetarian. The pizza ordered was a Beyond Italian Sausage Flatbread pizza with added Feta. The pizza that arrived was filled with regular sausage slices, pepperoni and crumbles of meat and zero feta. I tried calling the Pizza Hut location a number of times to see if they could kindly correct the order, however I was only met with a phone that rang and rang until it pushes you to the main Pizza Hut customer service line.After attempting to reach the location I decided to call customer services to see if they could provide any assistance. The customer service rep was kind and tried to call the location but also couldn’t get through and said to try calling at a later time when it’s less busy. They also told me that they wouldn’t be able to assist as online order HAVE to be handled by the location the app pushes you too.Between 6:15 pm to 9:30 pm I have tried calling the location and have gotten ZERO response just a never ending ringing.I tried calling the main Pizza Hut customer service line one last time to see if they could provide ANY assistance but I was told that there was NOTHING they could do basically a corporate scripted ‘yup no’. They said to complain I’d have to go through online channels NO ONE WILL SPEAK TO YOU.Just went to their website and the portal used to launch a complaint isn’t working either.To make matter worse, this Pizza Hut location seems to have this consistent problem (based off the Google Reviews — some have had it worse) and Pizza Hut corporate doesn't seem to care enough about their brand to do anything about it.If you have a choice avoid this location. To Pizza Hut Canada do better, be better cutting of avenues to communication is a very poor choice.
If you order boneless chicken bites with sauce, expect them to come dry, very dry with barely any sauce on them at all. This location is not very good.
Worse customer service in the lower mainland, I was half way through my order then they just hung up. Left me think that they obviously didn’t get my order, so I just ordered from another pizza place to find out they did in fact make my half make my half made order and we’re trying to charge me for it ?
