The service we received was initially friendly, but after we mentioned that one of the dishes was extremely salty, the waitress changed her attitude. She explained that they use soy saude and fish sauce in the Papaya Salad, and that was the reason for the saltiness. Come on, it is not the first time we dine out or try thai food or try soy sauce and fish sauce. It was salty, unbeatable and out of balance. She didn’t apologize or offered a substitute. The other dishes were good, but overall experience was ruined. Not ruined by the papaya salad itself, but by the service reaction. In the end, they didn’t even bring the check. Just entered the cost in the card machine and expected us to pay without seeing the check. That was the first time.
It was good for a take out meal after a day of sightseeing. I ordered the pad Thai, because I'm a pad Thai snob and like to judge Thai restaurants by their pad thai. It came with a good amount of chicken, but the rest was all noodles (I had eaten the chicken before I took a photo). I like some veggies in my pad thai too. Flavor was there, but a tad on the lighter side, and no option to add a spicy level. My husband ordered the 3 kings of Thailand. It was really good. Something different. We also ordered some steamed potstickers. Neither of us cared for them. Very bland and mushy. Overall pretty good experience, but doesn't compare to the authentic Thai food I used to get in Phoenix.
