Feedback gevenHave been coming here for years and this was the worst year ever. Food and drinks are good, but the customer service needs a lot of work. Even though you join the waiting list, you still have to wait double the time that they say. They put more importance into large tables than the smaller 2 to 4 person table. I guess it all comes down to the buck. Too bad they lost a lot of customers today. We ended up at a different establishment where we were seated within 20 minutes and had great meals and wonderful customer service.
We were told an hour wait for Brunch after we got on the waitlist well in advance. We waited an hour and asked for an update. We apparently dropped another place in line from 14 to 15 and was told another 30 minutes or more for a table. We said we were unhappy and then Satara, a hostess, came out to yell at us saying we aren't allowed to complain about the inaccurate wait times or seating procedure. Negative ten customer service. Don't come here for an event or if you actually want to eat.
Had the apple fritter french toast and my son ate the silver dollar pancake meal. Both with scrambled eggs and toast. Wow, that french toast was a.may.zing!! If ur generally a fan of FT, try it! It was indulgent with the sauce and berries. Yum!!! UPDATE- stopped in this morning with the hubby and food was fantastic. Winter was a wonderful waitress/ host. Their bacon is the best ?Update- revisited on 5/8/24 and had the new pineapple colada french toast... oohhhh mannnnn.... delicious!!!! highly recommend!
They asked me to come in for an interview I drove 25 minutes with barely any gas only for the manager (woman) who didn’t even introduce herself, to tell me they’re not hiring. It was a waste of time and money
Place was busy, but food came out fast, was delicious, and our waiter was amazing.
