Feedback gevenSo KFC decided to remodel and I decided to go get some food. They close at 11:00. I get there like 10: 45 p.m. and I open the door. The door is open and the lady's telling me she canceled me. Then I asked her why did you guys close the drive-thru? It's like 15 minutes till and she tells me that once they put up the automated message they can't do anything about it and you could tell they were trying to leave early. So if I were you guys I would recommend your night staff closes at 11:00 p.m.
Today I went with my wife to eat at KFC at 6:00pm. After taking a long time we finally received our food. Everything was fine until when I received my fries they were cold and when I told the kitchen worker and the employee they returned the fries just as cold. Then we noticed that the biscuits were missing but when my wife politely went to ask for them, the employee on duty ignored her request. We deeply regret the unprofessional attitude of this employee who in turn had a hostile attitude towards customers. My wife and I very much hope that they manage to hire more professional and customer-friendly staff. We know that two simple clients mean nothing to the size of your business, we only comply with expressing our experience and discomfort. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and so was the floor.
