Feedback gevenI went to the restaurant today by doing my daily duty of work around the lunchtime I came to get a job and washing my hands no one was on the counter everyone was in the back nobody was there to take my order I had to use a dirty kiosk. Since I'm a plumber who needs to wash my hands before I eat my food the soap dispensers in the men's bathroom, it hardly works thought it was empty that nobody acknowledges it. There was no sign on the counter that says you use the kiosk that no one is here to take your order, had me standing there to guess, smh the food was decent, but it is very obvious that it is like their drive thru is their main and only priority as I watched from my visit. When it came to my order I came into the kiosk for 2 hot sauces and fired, but I guess the employee who put it in the bag I thought only hot sauce obviously they did not read an order or the job is too much for them may change the word hot in fire 2 emojis that could help them, I think idk
I was on my way for years and never had a complaint. Thank you for being there for my Taco bell.
The new order kiosk to order and offer touch less payment was nice. But I think I still like the ride if the line is not too long.
There is this special female employee who works almost every morning shift, every time I order a drink or something that she is there? and the hospitality and professionalism that is provided by this individual employee is the reason why I work 4 different Taco Bell?s on my way to go to this exact place because it becomes part of my daily morning routine. The service is exceptionally great and friendly.
The hours clearly state that on Sundays, you are opened untl 12 A.M. I was there at 10:45 PM at the Shallowford Rd Marietta, GA 30066 location and was told the store was closed. If there are updated hours, the public is not made aware of them.
