Brioso - Marlboro

The service is amazing as well as the food. Never disappointed with my chicken parmigiana! The bread could be better, except that no complaints. Also, not skipping on Dessert is incredible.

Wonderful food, great service, great specialties. This place never stops impressing. Come early in the night if you want to be sure that must be special at night. Make sure to listen carefully to the list of specials. These are the best things you can get here. Admittedly, the regular menu is also great. Place can be noisy, but remember that it is a little space, and the noise level is not the fault of the restaurant.

The St. George The Theatre is so grateful for Brioso that it is in our Gala of 7th. May 2022 is a restaurant sponsor. Peter is always wonderful to work with...so generous and give. The food was presented beautifully and of course DELICIOUS. No wonder they are one of our favorite SI restaurants!!! And did I mention that they did the best Martinis? Thank you. I thank you not only for your continued support, but also for being so spiritual. We are so grateful for everything you do. Staten Island is a better place thanks to you. xoxoxox

Great place, has outdoor and indoor dining. The staff is like seeing old friends and family. Food is fantastic. Great Fast Service! I can't wait to go back.

Great food and great setup outside with live music Service was slow but that was because there were two new servers and we were not in a rush. Waiter was kind, friendly and funny and took care of us with dessert.
