Our family always enjoys visiting Grill'd. They serve the best burgers, and my personal favorite is the Big Queenslander. This burger never disappoints! The staff are fantastic, and Jamie is a true gem; she always has a positive attitude and is a pleasure to chat with. Her warm demeanor makes our dining experience delightful, and we always look forward to our next visit.

The burgers here are excellent, with a wide variety of choices and plenty of customization options if their a la carte selections don't meet your cravings. While it's a chain, it’s a solid one that delivers tasty burgers. The chips can be a bit too salty, and I'd prefer larger portions of sauce to accompany them. However, the focus should be on the burgers, and they certainly steal the show.

Ate here several times while visiting Noosa, food was tasty every time but the wait staff had horrible customer service. Every time my girlfriend and I ordered something seemed to be missing or was left out. I am usually not one to write in about poor dinning experiences but I feel like something needed to be said. On several occasions I asked for an add-on like pineapple, bacon or whatever else is advertised on the menu and was let down. I was still charged for the add-on but it never showed up on my burger. On ever occasion while dinning in we asked for tap water and every time the waiter/waitress forgot and took multiple reminders to bring water to our table. It got so bad that we went next door the the 7-11 to buy refreshments and brought them back to our table. I think from now on when we visit Noosa we will give our business to Betty 's Burgers around the corner.

The burgers here are usually fantastic, but we had a really disappointing experience during our last visit. We ordered five grilled burgers, spending over $100, but brought a McDonald's kids meal for one of the children. To our surprise, we were asked to leave and sit outside in the rain because of the additional meal. We suggested getting rid of the packaging and serving the nuggets on a plate, but that wasn’t acceptable. So, we ended up sitting in the rain eating our soggy burgers. This was not a good experience! I won't be returning.

If you love good tasty burgers in the sunshine coast or any grilled places then this is the place to go! My preferred burger is Simon says lol which is funny if the person who came up with this name was actually named Simon but it is a delicious burger to have and also with there awesome chips with dip aloil is my preferred sauce with chips like this. So if your ever at the sunshine plaza stop by this place for awesome burgers
