One particular roll, the chef simply rolled crispy fried chicken (with bread crumb) inside and outside all covered with thin purple potato chips. The taste was surprising good because I had a fix image of traditional sushi and I thought this chef didn't know the real art of preparing a basic sushi roll. After the first bite, I realize the art of making sushi, as long as the chef can make a combination in foods good in taste and look, the roll can almost be anything inside.
