The food is not is not always there's Fry's all over the floor around the fryer the floors are always sticky and dirty they never see people wash their hands no one wears hair nets their hair is flowing everywhere all over the restaurant and around the food I've seen where the people handle money but don't wash their hands but they handle the food they go back and grab things and do not come back and wash their hands when on break I've seen them while on break I've seen them I've seen them smoke and then wash their you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get an order at the front counter their concentration is mainly on drive-thru and to go orders clothing and apparel I have to see people's underwear with their pants below

You're waiting at the front counter for at least 20 to 15 minutes before you get anyone to take your order everyone is not ever smiling they oversaw the fries they put a lot of salt on the fries they don't wash their hands one lady I've seen wash your hands there which is very nice she washes them every time and you see it after they handle money they handle the food the burgers are not seasoned everyone is not wearing hats their hairs are flowing everywhere in the kitchen the floors are nasty the fries are all around the Fry area all in the floor they go out to smoke they don't come in and wash their hands I monitored to this over several months very displeased with the service some people are very kind and nice but it takes forever to get orders they spend more time on drive-thru and not enough time on front service and they spend a lot of time on delivery orders
