We sat in their drive thru for 35 mins with 2 cars in front of us and then when we order they inform us “they don’t put cream cheese on bagels” which is very odd but that’s fine. The part I don’t get is we don’t have knives in the car to cut them in half or a toaster to toast them with in our vehicle. They handed us out 1 small container of cream cheese for 2 untoasted and uncut bagels. We had to drive all the way back home to eat almost $10 worth of food we prepared ourself.
Edit: I went back this morning to give them another chance. I had a quick, pleasant experience. My food is delicious. Overall, this is about to be my go to Panera. I still end up disappointed when I stop at most of them, but this one has earned my business. Unless it’s busy. Then I will do us all a favor and go home and stop spending money lol Ordered a soup in a bread bowl and didn’t get the soup. Almost every time I come to a Panera anymore I get disappointed. ️
Good food even better with a Panera card where I got $3 off.
The young ladies at the front counter were pleasantly friendly and so helpful. They helped me find foods that were safe for me to eat (food allergy). When the soup I chose was not available, Carolyn kindly came to find me and ask if she could help me find something else. The lady in the kitchen was friendly and accommodating and so calm. I was impressed with the service! One thing though-it’s disappointing when a seasonal item is not available.
Bought loaf of tomato basil bread and ask them to make thin slices. Two girls checking me out. But neither one listens what I asked for. They couldn’t cut bread properly and it was damaged and don’t feel bad about it just gave that to me. Employees are not friendly. I am very disappointed
