Taco Bell - Martinsburg

It's not for nothing that these tacos are so famous, they are economical and delicious.

About a week ago, I came here at the drive thru. They unfortunately forgot one of my two quesadillas. I called and they offered to replace both. The cashier was very nice and they wrote this nice note! This is by far the most superior location in the area.

The food was on point idk if maybe kuz actually Spanish folk work there lol but it was great

The staff was INCREDIBLY rude, and this was the late night staff the night of Sunday, Jan 7 2024, about an hour before closing. They were in NO way helpful or accommodating as I was traveling from out of town, and had some confusion with the app. I have worked in food service myself my whole career and I could not fathom treating someone this way and still being employed after the fact. The parking lot is NOT accessible to larger trucks, even to park.

It’s hard to really blame this on tacobell itself but tonight has been the worst experience I have ever had with ordering tacobell from DoorDash around here not once but twice I got the wrong order the first time I can’t blame on them I blame the dasher because he somehow gave me Panda Express instead of what I ordered so I got a refund from DoorDash and reordered my food with a completely different dasher this time around and yet I still got the wrong order so I called the dasher this time and left her know and she claimed that was the order that TACOBELL gave her so the second one I’m blaming you Tacobell I’m just a pregnant woman wanting her dang crunch rap at 6pm but apparently I can’t get that! $56 down the drain so thank you for that! ?
