Jimmy John's - Maryland Heights

I just received my delivery from JJ, which included five sandwiches. Unfortunately, the bread was overcooked. They also didn’t include the extra mayo packets I requested, which were clearly listed on my order. Additionally, I asked for extra pickles on one sandwich, but they only added four. I've tried calling the store four times, but it just rings without an answer. I understand it's lunchtime and they may be busy, but when you order and pay for food, you expect it to be correct. I'm feeling very frustrated.

It's amusing to me that every other Jimmy John's in the St. Louis area offers sweet tea, yet this location claims they don't have it. Someone really needs to address this, we're not that far north!

This location has a spacious seating area and a drive-thru. They have three sandwich preparation lines, which helps them maintain efficiency even during peak hours. The cleanliness was generally acceptable, although during our visit—when we were the only customers in the seating area—we noticed that several tables had not been cleaned after use. Overall, it's a solid Jimmy John's location, and I would definitely return if I were nearby.

Your sandwiches are great, but absolutely NOT the 1-2 hours waiting for delivery. Especially if they have several dollars extra for? Quick? Shipment. Don't waste your money. If you need your meal delivered, go somewhere else.

This place rocks! Sandwiches taste awesome (fresh ingredients you can taste)! Employees are motivated and super friendly. Right next to my doctor's office and will come back again without a doubt!
