Feedback gevenWe went through the drive-thru on this visit. There were at least 30 cars ahead of us in line, but it we moved through faster than most restaurants could handle 3 cars. As usual, the employees were friendly, fast and efficient. Of course the food was excellent, as it usually is at every Chick-fil-A. All in all it was a great dining experience!
I thought this was supposed to be fast food. I?ve waited 30min and only moved up 2 car spaces. I understand that they are busy but only being able to serve 4 cars in 30 minutes is ridiculous. Maybe if they didn?t hire any 14 year old that walks in the door and actually hired people that know how to work they could service their customers better.
The most screwed up place I've ever been to it took forever to get my order and they had no idea what my order ? The bag said my name and car type ?
Drive thru. Fast but fresh. Got my usual Senior free drink and chicken breast. NEVER go to the Morristown chik fila! They run like a communist camp, and the owner NEVER gives the free Senior drink. He drives a 50k Tesla. That car will sink his Stingy army restaurant.
Of all the Chick-fil-A experiences I've had, this one was the worst. The young girl at the counter was the best part! And she was a trainee. She was more attentive than the manager that was there.First, after a long road trip I headed straight to restrooms. I usually go to Chick-fil-A when there's one around because the bathrooms are always clean and I can get a great snack. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a hot mess. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness and quite frankly shocked.Then, I went to get in line and get my son a kids meal and a snack for myself. I noticed that there was only one Kiosk open which was fine because there was only one person in front of me. As someone in the restaurant industry myself, I notice all the little things. Usually Chick-fil-A hits the mark on checking them off in an amazing way.Then, I kept watching as the line grew and noticed that the manager was leaning up against The back counter and this young girl who was a trainee was left alone.At the same time, the floors were disgusting. I literally had stepped to the side to win on my food and stepped into a pile of strawberries and french fries near a table. Now, I've been in rushes where I've been short-staffed and I completely understand when that happens, but this was not the case. They were not short-staffed. The Manager on shift just was not paying attention to the condition of the dining room at all and joking around with his team. There was no one sweeping or cleaning happening anywhere in the dining room. I looked around and noticed that there were French fries and messes on and around other tables as well.When my name was called to get my food, the young lady just put it on a shelf and didn't even look to see if I was waiting on it in the lobby. She called my name, set my food down, and walked away. This is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. I was never asked if I wanted dip for my child's chicken nuggets for his french fries. I also had to get my own fork on the other side of the store because there was not one in the bag with my macaroni and cheese. These little details are what make this company what it is, and the store is not a good representation of the overall culture that I admire Chick-fil-A to have.As I said, this is very disappointing trip to Chick-fil-A. I would encourage owners to consider their help and make some corrections so that this doesn't happen again.
