Feedback gevenTerroir Food at its best! Owner François Bouchard collaborates with the top chefs in and around Montreal with his super fresh plans and mushrooms foraged in the forest. Chef Nancy Hinton cooks some amazingly pure tasting dishes. Very original, yet not overwhelming. Delicately spiced, and carefully presented. It's a rustic looking place, but the food is top notch. Baking such fine breads in a tiny oven is quite an achievement!

One of the most memorable and tasty meals I've ever eaten, Michelin should run here to give a star! Incredible wild plants and mushrooms, with beautiful proteins, served in a rustic environment.
