Darb's Tavern - Mason

They were understaffed and it showed. We were seated and ordered just 2 burgers and an appetizer. Our appetizer came out timely and our drinks were refilled. But a 5 top was seated around a half hour after us and several other tables. The 5 top all received their food and we were still without ours. After being appeased 3 times that our food was coming I heard within earshot our waitress asked if someone took a bacon burger (which my husband ordered) and the response was no. At that point we were over an hour in and our patience had run out. We stood up and announced to the waitress we were leaving and we just wanted to square up the bill. This is another one of our new favorites. Great service. Good old time cooking and excellent food, clean atmosphere.

Saturday to see college football with my friend from mason. beautiful relaxed sporty atmosphere. the food was very tasty, I had the speckburger and a seasonal design winter storage. our server, cortney was the best, very pleasant and accommodating. we look forward to a return trip.
