Starbucks - Mason

Great Location, view. I particularly like their Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. Wish they would keep it at all times.

Fastest morning Starbucks dive through EVER. Literally the least amount of time spent in that line, and it was to the street when I arrived. Coffee was perfect and my danish was hot!

Very rude service. The barista made the drink order incorrectly. My husband stood there for ten minutes trying to make eye contact in order to have them corrected. The workers wouldn’t make eye contact. Finally he asked if someone could help. Instead of speaking they look at the drinks and my husband’s order. The guy tears off the labor and shoved it to another person who looks at it and continues what she was doing. Eventually she remakes them and pushes them to my husband with no eye contact and no apology. It’s a good thing they work at Starbucks because if anywhere else people wouldn’t go there with this horrible service. It isn’t hard to be kind and say sorry we will fix it.

This is usually a good starbucks but the past two times they’ve messed tf up my drink. i ordered a sugar cookie latte with oat milk and cold foam, light ice. no oatmilk, no cold foam, ice filled to the top. i am now even more depressed then usual as i go into school.

Don't train a new guy in your busiest time of day. Waited 20 minutes, no coffee, I left. Enjoy the $9 I just gave you.
