The Pizza Oven - Massillon

They forgot to put the ground beef on the pizza before they cooked it so they decided to throw it on top after it was done. HORRIBLE The manager never came out to talk to me when I took it back. They did remake the pizza. That pizza should've never left the kitchen. After calling corperate they are sending me a$10 gift certificate. That doesn't even cover the price of a pizza.

Don't use door dash, upcharge everything. Pizza Oven shouldn't have them on there website. 8pc chix should of been $14.95 Broasted potatoes $6.40 Pizza $21.95 Ended up being $87

Best pizza around. Toppings were fresh and cooked perfectly. Staff was super friendly and accommodating . Everyone was friendly. Can tell they love their job which shows a lot. Will continue my support for local businesses

I've been ordering from this location for 20 years. Today I called for delivery. First call it's a 2 hour wait which I was fine with. Puts me on hold with an attitude then comes back on and says yeah we don't deliver to you you need to call Navarre location. Said weird ok. Massillon location 2.6 miles away Navarre 2.5 miles away. Called Navarre and they advised they don't deliver to me? So called Massillon location back and was told yeah we don't have a estimated time for delivery and we don't deliver to you?

I've been ordering pizza oven for over 30 years. The pizza has always been delicious. But since I ordered from the Massillon pizza oven, I am very disappointed at how rude they are when you call and even when you pick up your food. They always say it's an hour and half for delivery. No way! You just don't want to work. I'm sure Dipetros would be very upset if they knew about this behavior.
