Burger King - Matawan

Don't come here. I live 2 minutes away and go to the hazlet BK. Never open until 12 always closed at 10-11. Might as well change store hours.

The staff was clearly short, had twice the order wrong, but at the end the food was good and sandwiches were huge. You have fixed all the problems we had with the order, and that's what's important. Waiting was the only thing that was frustrating.

I went to BK today at 6:00. The drive thru was packed. I waited 45 minutes for my order from the beginning to the end. My grandson wanted BK, so I wait. It wasn't the labor debt. There were only 3 people. One on the car thru window that was annoyed because she had complained and tried to do her best, one that took my order that was apologetic because they were from all spicy sauce and the Hershey Sundae. I just ordered two chicken sandwiches with spicy sauce and a sunflower cake! There was a third man who was cooking, not complaining and working as hard as possible. The owner should be ashamed. Three people who run his business on Friday night are unacceptable. He should drive the road to McDonald to see how many workers they have! This business will close because nobody comes back!

This is by far the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I'm shocked they are still in business. The customer service is horrid!...rude, clueless, dirty, and mentally challenged are just some of the nouns I can come up with to describe the employees. Drive thru service is extremely slow, and the food is usually cold, stale, and just thrown into a bag without any consideration to the customer. I will no longer spend money at this Burger King, and I will be spreading the word to my friends, and family members.

Everytime we go to this Burger King there is an issue!! So we won't be coming to this Burger King again. The staff always messes up the order!! Go to another Burger King location. Terrible!
