Flying Pig - Matsudo

This is the first time Mr. "Flying pig" and I had a demigras sauce and参 and walnut salad in the hamburger plain. It was a very delicious hamburger. As a shop, I recommended 4 kinds of tomato sauce in plain, but I ordered it as a demiglass sauce first. Demigrass sauce is not so strong and very nice. Hamburg was also juicy and delicious. Now I want to bring my wife.

The food was excellent, the service was good, and the prices are normal for what they serve. I had the pork belly hamburger cooked in red wine with little mushrooms which was done to perfection. The carrot salad had gentle hints of walnut but was rather simple and normal as far as ingredients. The dessert tiramisu was beautiful and the coffee was freshly made in the expresso machine. The restaurant is busy, so I came after 1PM.
