Big Melchs Smokin Bbq - MAYVILLE

Hot gumbo on a cold day! Its not the most roux-forward ive had, but its well spiced, loaded with shrimps and sausage and contents perfectly as a delectable seafood stew.

Best BBQ around! The side were excellent too! We had the pulled pork and brisket, we can’t wait to try more!

Omg this was so good. There are no words to describe the taste of this BBQ. Wow we will be getting this again

Got to experience the amazingness of Big Melch when he brought his food truck out to Big Inlet Brewing. He by far had the best ribs we have ever tasted. The mac n cheese is fabulous too!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!!

I stopped in on a whim to see what the BBQ was like. I love this place!! Best ribs I have had in a long time, chili was awesome and the bbq sauce was perfect! Can’t wait to try the chicken and fish options!! Awesome BBQ!! 5 stars!!
