Jack In The Box - McAllen

We hadn't been to jack in the box for awhile due to bad experiences but we went tonight (Halloween night). Ronaldo was great. Service was immaculate and food was fresh. Thank you Ronaldo for a great experience that hasn't been had in awhile.

"I stopped here because I saw the 'Open' sign in the dining room. The food was good and consistent, just like any other Jack in the Box, but the service was lacking. Although there’s a sign indicating they open at 6:00 AM, the front door wasn’t unlocked until 8:15 AM."

On August 17, 2021, I ordered a new triple meat, triple cheese BBQ bacon cheeseburger, but I only received two patties. This was just one of several issues I encountered. The burger was supposed to come with onion rings, but I was informed that they didn’t have any onions available. When I asked if I could get a discount since the onions were unavailable, I was left waiting for about three minutes before they finally told me that onion rings were indeed available. The service was terrible. They didn’t provide the correct amount of meat, and the staff couldn’t answer my questions properly. After I paid, they rushed me to clear the area so they could get a favorable time on their machine, which I found quite misleading. It felt like they wanted customers to move along quickly to create an illusion of efficiency.

I ordered two teriyaki bowls, but they both arrived without the teriyaki sauce. I tried calling the store to address the issue, but no one picked up, so we decided not to return. This really put a damper on my dinner and my evening.
