Jack's Shack - McGregor

I was lucky enough to stop in Jack's over Labor Day weekend. It has been likely 3 decades since I visited this place. The older part of the bar is quite the same. The addition includes a nice dining area and expanded kitchen from what I remember. I really enjoyed the broasted chicken and mashed potatoes. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area

Food was amazing great coleslaw phenomenal broasted chicken definitely recommend. Sticky puddles and drekker on tap.

My family has been coming here for 40+ years. The new owners have kept the best parts but brought in some fresh menu items and cleaned the place up a bit. The broasted chicken is to die for, solid craft beer selection too. Service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend you stop in!

I highly recommend the chicken dinner…. Absolutely the best broasted Chicken I have ever had…. The mashed potatoes and gravy are incredible!! Looking to my next visit!! Keep up the excellent food!!!

Our chicken was Over cooked then our waitress says with an attitude well it can’t be because it’s on a timer. (It might have been the 2 cuts in it.I wish I took a picture of it. Then she will do pull tabs before beer. It’s not the same as it used to be to be How disappointing
