I remember enjoying this place a year ago, and I went with my girlfriend today, and I have to say, it was a different and disappointing experience today. I always enjoy barcades, but with the small crowded environment of children’s birthdays, intoxicated adults did not sit well with me. The games were fun, but only when we could find a two player game that could work. There were a few that would only operate on one player, or not at all. The pretzel bites were great. But the drinks seemed pretty overpriced for a crowded environment. They really should experiment expanding their business to provide more walking room, eating areas, games, etc. Could definitely better
I was in Allen TX for work looking for dinner, drink and something fun to do. Well I found something fun to do and a good drink. These guys have a pretty decent barcade with a bunch of retro games, pinball and a large selection of consoles. Everything I tried worked and freeplay was nice after the cover charge. I do have two dings against the place. First, if you noticed I didn't mention I found dinner. They couldn't cook a personal pizzas without burning the crust. (Probably frozen Second issue the Stern pinball machines are nice and all but they all kind of play the same. Also, music based pinballs had volume too low. I'd encourage either getting some older retro pins or at least a couple of other brands. Overall it was good fun, so I'll give them a pass and ding them only one instead of two. Eat beforehand. (Edit: After reading others reviews I don't understand how they can't get a frozen pizza right. It seams it wasn't an isolated incident.
This place was popping. If you're in the area on a Saturday night and looking for something that's not a crowded as Cindercade, this one works.
Sad to see this great place fail so precipitously! Staff talking amongst each other while a 30 deep line waits for service! What happened?
