Sadly, a little over a year ago, Firo was bought out and then had new owners. They had and clearly still have no idea how to run a business have things set up for success. They were so set on changing things (coming in, sitting and having someone take your order, no more walking the line and making your own pizza, changing menu prices) even though my other coworkers and I had told them that probably wouldn’t be best. They blame the poor success on Covid but they didn’t even own it when Covid hit. Also, they aren’t very professional as they took their employees out drinking on the clock expected them to go back to work the same day.Hope this opens some eyes to this place! It’s a shame it used to be a great place to eat and also work.
This place has become a train wreck. They had 3 people working tonight. None of them looked motivated. It took over 40 minutes to get our order. The food was lackluster, the place was desolate. I wish they could blame things on COVID-19, but this is only due to poor management. The place is slow, inefficient, lacks quality, and the atmosphere is painful. I will never come back to this restaurant.
Looks like this place is struggling to stay alive. I’ve been wanting to go here for a while since it opened. I’ve had a lot of people recommending it. When I got there it was empty, but the entire place was a wreck. It wasn’t that dirty, but the napkin holder wasn’t prepped, fork dispenser not assembled, soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Later I find out there isn’t a manager there. The pizza came out just like the other pictures. The dough wasn’t even cooked and the bottom was burnt. I asked to talk to the manager and there were only two young people working there, milking the clock. Sad to see, but whoever owns this should know.
I used to come to firo all the time and was always super happy with my food and the service. Today that was not the case. The restaurant was completely dead when we walked in and yet it took a solid 25-30 min for two pizzas when we were the only two in the place. On top of that we were told that it was dine in style and that we would be served. However, we had to get our own drinks, napkins, and boxes while our waitress sat on her phone in the corner. It’s so sad how much this restaurant has changed and I hope things can be figured out so this doesn’t happen anymore.
The pizza's had ok flavor. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese with jalapeño and Canadian bacon which they got wrong and added bacon instead. I said nothing , it took a while to come out we didn't want to wait another 15-20mins . We also ordered a margarita pizza. The crust on both pizzas was hard as cardboard and hard to eat... my husband has cuts in the mouth because of the brick he ate. The service was bad. Lots of young kids , just laughing playing around. They didn't seem motivated to take our order or even check up on us. One employee was nearly laying down on the booth just staring at us not taking initiative and the other two were sitting down just laughing and having the greatest time. There is a time and a place for it all, should be at work with guest in the store. A lady came in, sat down for a few minutes and all of a sudden got up and left. Wish we would have done the same. Wont be back.
