Little Caesars Pizza - McKinney

? 0 stars First let me just say that the African American guy I guess he's the manager as he speaks RUDE customers. He is very disrespectful and rude. I ordered pickup online 3 pizzas and ALL 3 of my pizzas were SOGGGY and when I tried to pull them apart, they fell like Goo and they were not cut through either. When I came back to get my money back, the guy wants to argue with me about returning my money, even though he offered to make fresh, but I wasn't another chance because I felt like they started FRESH. Then he tells us?re really busy and I tell him it doesn't matter how busy you are all? re ALWAYS suspect that the FOOD is fresh. Also not to mention that no one wears gloves that are really disgusting and the (manager) I guess he is not even gloves on and when he refunds me on his dirty hands with an open sore with blood coming out of him. I will never order from here again, not with the service of terrible customer service and SOGGY pizza they serve us.

Horrible Customer Service. She was in the mood to begin. My pizza was not cut through. (Get a new pizza slicer I asked for a plastic knife so I didn't have to tear pizza by hand. She stared at me. I said her pizza wasn't cut right and I had to use my hands. When I showed her my hands. She stared again. Then she asked me to bring it back. Why? My hands were so creepy to pull it apart. So yes, I'm NOT a happy Little Caesar pizza client more. The lady was unfriendly, no gloves and NOT helpful at ALL!!!!

Kid behind the counter was more interested in his friends than waiting for the phone or customers for help. Pizza was also wrong. Will be a while before I try her sad again

Enter the store and it was said it was closed. The shop signs say close to 10. It's 9:00. Don't come here, they refuse to wait when they get tired of work. workers depicted refused service, but others were helped

Every time I come here the experience is somehow a little bit worse. Main manager lady seems to be borderline incapable of communicating in English, and the new employees seem equally uninterested in taking orders or preparing them in a timely manner. Pizza is usually overcooked, soda selection is poor, and the sauces are perpetually unavailable. In general, the only qualification to work here seems to be a significant level of brain-dead-ed-ness. Don?t waste your time.
