Smoothie King - McKinney

I've ordered smoothies for delivery from this store twice, and both times they failed to deliver. I'm incredibly frustrated with the service. The owner has refused to refund my money, offering instead to remake the smoothie. I recommend going to Smoothie King on Eldorado instead, as they truly understand customer service and care about their customers. The delivery service through the Smoothie King app is also lacking; they can't even reach the driver to find out why the orders are never delivered. This place really needs a new owner—it's long overdue!

The staff at this restaurant seemed quite unmotivated. When I requested some additional enhancements, they refused to accommodate my request.

The service was terrible; the girl at the counter didn't even smile or say thank you. Thankfully, we don’t live nearby, so it won’t be an issue to avoid coming back! The only positive aspect of this place is the brand name.

Another chance given because I am out of stuff to make my own smoothie at the moment and wanted convenience. Placed order to pickup smoothie after workout and the app said it would be ready by 7:13. I got done early so I came to SK early, and I sit waiting for someone to show up. It's 7:22 and no one is here as of yet. I have to leave and hope to deal with this mess later. Terrible way to do business. As I wait another person arrives, tries the doors and just leaves.

Placed an order online to be picked up as they opened. I also added a container of the Chocolate Gladiator for $50. When I went inside they said they only had vanilla or strawberry. Since I have those flavors of protein at home, I asked if they could just refund me so I could get elsewhere. The guy said it'd be no problem he would do it. I asked if he needed anything else from me and he said no. I reached out yesterday and called the store and was told it'd be taken care of. Needless to say, there is no proof that this will be taken care of anytime soon. I go there almost daily as it's the easiest way to get in the protein I'm seeking, however, I made my own smoothie today. I'm very disappointed with the service and waiting for a $50 refund. This has really ruined my desire to go back.
