Gem Creole Saloon - McMinnville

A little hiccup getting our server when we moved from bar to dining. Once Justin (our server) got on the job everything flowed beautifully. We’ll be back when in town!

Absolutely wonderful in all areas. Wine list is limited is the only reservation in a situation that otherwise was fantastic. If you like genuine NOLA food, this place is a must!

We were seated quickly the setting was nice but very noisy. We had to shout between us and our server. The people who were seated 10 minutes after us had a server and appetizers before a server took our order. All staff were very courteous. The menu wad a bit difficult to interpret if your not familiar with southern food. The food came differently than was expected and alot more spicey. No indication on the menu noted the spiciness. However we enjoyed the meal and we plan to return.

Great place for a nice dinner. Good creole type food.

The food is phenomenal and the wait staff are excellent. Phil makes a damn good cocktail.
