Running Snapper - MEADOW SPRINGS

First, eating was a pretty good quality with average size portioning. the service and the hire of the staff were very disappointing. we visited on a Tuesday night and there was a steady stream of customers with 2 employees in the service. I'm on the phone through my order. the first time I tried to call there, there was no answer, the second time I called the phone, was picked up without confirmation. when I asked if this was running snapper, I was asked what I would like? then I gave up my order and a pick-up time in approx. 20 minutes agreed. We attended on a Tuesday night and there was a steady stream of customers with 2 staff on duty. I telephoned through my order. The first time I tried to call there was no answer, the second time I called the phone was picked up with no acknowledgement. When I enquired as to whether this was Running Snapper I was asked what would I like? I then placed my order and agreed on a pick up time in approximately 20 minutes. When I got there at the agreed time I was greeted with a blunt "what do you want?" After I explained that I had placed my order over the phone and paid for it I waited, and waited until about half an hour after the agreed pick up time when my order was finally ready. Maybe it was a bad night and they were too busy for the amount of staff they had on, but they can be assured that I will no longer be a disruption to them by purchasing anything from them in the future

Great fish and chips.Serves of chips are TOO big ,if anything.All seems freshly cookef to order,as well.Burgers are also reasonably good though doubt home made.

Great fresh food, the best F & C's in Mandurah. Generous servings at a good price and the staff is really friendly. Good job, I am happy to recommend the Running Snapper.
