Chili's Grill - Mechanicsburg

I was surprised at the quality of the food. The vegetables were crisp and fresh and the meat warm but not dried out. I will eat at a Moe's Grill again.

It's always extremely hot in here, it's like they purposely make it too uncomfortable to eat inside. I feel bad for the employees that have to endure that all day. I got so light headed and almost fainted because the hot thick air was sounbearable. We also got denied free queso on their supposed free queso day because we got it directly on our burrito bowlsinstead of on the side in a cup? What sense does that make?

Disgruntled staff and it shows. They close up shop early so don't count on getting anything 10min before they close.

It's always hit or miss here, but the one consistent is the queso and chips. I had difficulty understanding the person making my burrito bowl. Definitely a language barrier. There could also be better signage showing what options are available. I'veseen this place go through several owners, and hope these folks can turn it around.

I think this location got new management or owners and the change has been really great! We order from here frequently and each time we get great customer service and they assemble the items properly!
