New Silver Spring Diner - Mechanicsburg

My family ate here last night and we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was very attentive during our meal, but even more so as we were leaving. My tiny toddler was wandering around as we were paying and made her way to the claw machine. As she did our server, Janelle I believe (I hope that's right! , handed my daughter a stuffed dog and she was so excited. Even now she is running around with it and won't put it down. That was a kind gesture that really touched my heart. On top of that, our food came out very quickly and correct. All of the staff was friendly and a high chair was brought to our table before we even got there. Excellent customer service!

I was so embarrassed. My wife and I were celebrating our post wedding anniversary dinner last night. When I choked on a piece of food. Your staff acted quickly and went above and beyond to help me. Afterwards, they asked if I was ok and reassured me it happens. Food and staff were excellent. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We love our favorite diner.

Memorial Day service was excellent! The food came out within ten minutes, my boyfriend and I both ordered Breakfast Specials. The food was fantastic and hot. The waitress, Mel, was attentive and friendly!

Best 'diner ' yet. Reasonable prices, generous portions. Service good. Food superb, as tasty ans any we have had. Can only compare to Eden Resort in Lancaster, though not quite as fancy.
